Es un editor integrado. Es la herramienta de trabajo principal de Velneo. Es el módulo de Velneo en el cual podremos programar las aplicaciones, mediante la creación, de forma independiente, de las estructuras de datos ([proyectos de datos](/32/velneo-vdevelop/proyectos-objetos-y-editores/proyecto-de-datos.md)) y de los objetos visuales ([proyectos de aplicación](/32/velneo-vdevelop/proyectos-objetos-y-editores/proyecto-de-aplicacion.md)). Un único desarrollo será ejecutable en cliente-servidor, y además será multi-usuario, multi-tarea, multi-idioma y multi-plataforma.
